Area Sales Manager for Spa/Salon & Brand Manager | Jobs in Dubai, UAE by Beauty Solutions


• To manage existing Spa and Salon Accounts and generate new business both in the UAE and select GCC countries

• To manage a portfolio of beauty brands and be responsible for overall management and direction of the brands in relation to brands’ ethos and guidelines

• Sales based role which will include being office-based and out in the field

• Basic salary plus commission based role

• Forecast and order stock and manage stock levels effectively

• Sales target focused and ensure brand growth in sales and market share

• Identity opportunities to enhance future brand strategies and plans

• Devise and implement effective marketing campaigns and plans for both the brand and retailers

• Working with external agencies such as PR and Events companies

• Reporting to senior management with sales performance and weekly/monthly action plans

• Excellent English (both written and spoken)

• Driver with own transport preferred

• Experience with Brand Management

• Existing Salon/Spa database and contacts

• International and local work experience within the UAE/GCC

• Excellent people skills and building and maintaining relationships

• Competent with Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.)

• Highly organised and results-driven

• Excellent negotiation skills

• Confident presenting and training with brands

• Enthusiastic about beauty brands
