Our client is an Executive Education Program provider who has an exciting opportunity for a Student Recruitment Business Development Manager who will form part of the Programs Recruitment Team, supporting the generation of participants into their Executive Education programs in the region. This role will put your BD skills to the test where you will successfully achieve target enrollment objectives; increase conversion and quality of new student enrollments; generate increased enquiries on the Executive Programs; ensure quality of recruitment processes; tracking and regular reporting and initiation and implementation of individual and team enrollment strategy.
You will support the Executive Programs recruitment activities to achieve growth and recruitment targets across allocated geographical zones which includes following up on generated leads; organize and attendance of recruitment events/budget tracking, and running masterclasses and information sessions. You will attend networking, educational seminars and business specific events to generate new leads, and support applicants throughout their journey prior to application into the program. An integral part of the role will be to build relationships with corporations and perspective candidates to promote the programs across the region, including building relationships with alumni in the region and effectively leveraging the local community whilst working closely with the marketing division on all social media presence. This role will entail detailed weekly reporting to ensure KPI’s and KRA’s are aligned with performance metrics, as well as successfully managing the recruitment pipeline to ensure maximum applications and ensure applicants meet the criteria of the admissions committee.
The successful candidate will be Degree educated preferably with a Masters and will come from a Sales/Business Development role within the Executive Education industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a sales role. You will be target and results driven, and have a passion for sales. You should have a solid business acumen and be someone who can efficiently liaise with senior Stakeholders, prospective senior business professionals as well as applicants, with confidence. You will be highly motivated, have a strong customer service background and will be able to work to tight deadlines to ensure targets are achieved.
