• Attending incoming & outgoing call

• Email accounts management and reply to mails or rerouting of mails to the persons concerned

• Operate telephone and consoles to connect, hold, transfer and disconnect telephone calls.

• Travel arrangements which include visa preparations, hotels, tickets and pick up arrangements of FT Management, staff and visitors.

• Online booking

• Bookings & Travel Arrangement with preferences

• Airline Mileage accounts

• Hospitality and Visitor Arrangement

• Travel Itinerary (Template available in system)

• Transport Arrangement (Travels & Meetings)

• Drivers Management

• Carry out other clerical, secretarial or receptionist duties as required (e.g. keyboarding and data entry or photocopying) during quieter periods on the switchboard.

• Corporate Archive Management (Inventory & placement)

• Corporate office stationery supplies

• Secretarial duties briefing & preparations

• Pleasing personality having at least 3-5 years secretarial experience

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s degree,

• Must have a good communication skills both written and verbal, good comprehension skills, able to multitask and work under pressure.
