We are looking for a Personal Assistance and Office Admin to handle our management office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting the CEO at his tasks.

• Preparing regular financial and administrative reports.

• Following up and maintaining all governmental papers and tasks.

• Creating, updating, and maintaining records and databases

• Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.

• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.

• Preparing correspondence, documentation, email, or presentation materials.

• Attend meetings and record notes.

We Offer:

• Starting 2,500 AED to 4,000 AED Monthly Salary (ALL IN).

• UAE Working Visa.

• UAE ID & Medical Insurance.

• Leave & Ticket every 2 years.


2,500 to 4,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

We Require:

• Ability to work on any kind of tasks required.

• Talented personality.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude

• Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize

• Willingness to learn and to grow with the company and motivated to take on additional projects and solve problems

• Self-directed and able to work without supervision.

• A valid UAE Driving license is a plus.
