Plan, direct, coordinate, and Managed a program of High standards projects mostly at the same time with large, complex programs and met goals, objectives within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
A minimum of Twenty (20) years’ overall highway infrastructure construction experience with a minimum Ten (10) years’ experience in planning and managing construction of major international/regional Roads, Infrastructure and Drainage projects at a senior level. Preferably a Chartered Civil Engineer or PE, although this is not essential if a track record of delivering successful Roads projects can clearly be demonstrated.
The candidate must have demonstrable experience of managing major Roads, Infrastructure and Drainage projects at this level. Excellent communication and negotiation skills shall be essential, plus a full understanding of Authority’ s objectives for delivering the project. Successful management and mentoring of large project teams with multi-discipline coordination is essential. For the purposes of this Contract, the candidate is deemed to have authority for authorisation of all financial submissions and payments on behalf of his company and for allocation of staff to the project as necessary.
