Job Summary:

Responsible for positioning and selling CBS Solutions across Gulf countries to maximize growth in the region.

Primary Objectives:

? Meet and exceed revenue targets for licenses, services and support across all product lines.

? Competency in positioning the portfolio at a “C” level.

? Build deep and active relationships with our client’s decision makers.

? Identify new markets, opportunities and leads.

? Close opportunities in a timely and managed process.

? Lead sales generation and pipeline management.

? Increase brand awareness within the region.

? Create and execute an account plan with the guidance of the Sales Director.

? Identify and on board new partners.

? Assist in the creation of a marketing strategy.

? Sales account management professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience selling Core and Digital Banking solution.

? Experience in selling for GCC Countries.

? Proven track record over achievement of software license sales targets in the banking and financial services sectors.

? Sound knowledge of the Banking industry.

? Ability to forecast in an accurate manner.

? Proven network of executive level contacts in the region.

? Knowledge of IT and Banking is a must.

? Strong exposure to the banking industry in GCC Countries.

? Preferably UAE Resident.

Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic. French is a plus.

? Proven problem solving capacity, including needs analysis and business justification skills.

? Able to collaborate with colleagues at all levels within an organization, and show and demonstrate negotiating skills with key decision makers.

? Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, ambitious, independent, organized, focused, able to multi-task and work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
