Whether you like network marketing or not, the health and wellness company known as Xyngular is blazing a trail across the home business industry. They have hundreds and hundreds of financial success stories, along with success stories about people who have lost a ton of weight using their product line.
So why would top income earners over at Xyngular leave that nice residual income they have built behind, just to go promote a new deal? I have been hearing multiple stories across the web, and even at some local chamber of commerce business events, where successful Xyngular leaders told me they were leaving the opportunity.
Are Top Income Earners Leaving Xyngular?
Here is what I do know: Top income earners as well as beginner distributors leave their network marketing companies all the time, it is nothing new though, it is just like getting a new job. If you feel that a new employer will pay you better, give you more benefits or time freedom, then why would you not switch jobs?
All these home business advocates get excited when they hear about the next best thing. Like a company that offers you a lime green Ferrari when you hit the top rank! Or a free trip to Bora Bora for the rest of your life once you hit ‘Diamond’ in the company. Silly things like this have enticed top income earners at Xyngular and thousands of other home businesses to jump ship fast.
So Why Are Leaders Leaving Xyngular?
Here is my take on it: the internet.
You see, Xyngular distributors hit the search engines looking for some information about how to put their Xyngular business in momentum quickly. They found tons of helpful blog posts, articles and videos, all from attraction marketing experts across the globe. They now finally know the “secret” their Xyngular mentor just would not show them.
So instead of prospecting people for their Xyngular business and products, they take what they learned from these attraction marketing experts and start promoting affiliate products like NMVT, or MLSP, or the Empower Network. When this happens they will make a quick $1,000 and be like wow! I never made that type of money in all my time over at Xyngular! Now I am going to become a full time affiliate marketer!
Although the gurus seem to believe there is some sort of long term residual income with affiliate marketing, I totally disagree. I would easily prefer the long term residuals you would get from a basic uni-level or hybrid binary compensation plan, through a traditional home based business with tangible products or consumables etc instead of marketing training.
These training products are needed to expand your knowledge and the value you have to offer your prospects and team mates, but you need to stay focused on your company, ONE COMPANY… and build that thing to a billion dollar brand no matter what. That is where you will get filthy stinking rich my friends.
